"Come on, do it. Everyone else is. You'll be cool if you do."
Exact wording may vary, but I'm positive this phrase has been put to you before.

Unfortunately, it's no longer just about wearing the same skirt or listening to the same music as the "cool people." Now it's doing harmful things to yourself to be like them. But you can be the one who stands up and says no or goes to the extra mile to encourage a friend to do the same.
